There is nothing "magical" about teamwork even in top MBA school. There is nothing that is "advanced" over others. It is how you support your claim.
Everyone can say that they are supportive collaborative. Think about an interview. If your interviewer asks, what is your biggest strength? How would you answer it? Will you just say, I am very analytical and efficient? No, you will draw an example from a relevant work experience to support that. Writing such essay is similar in this sense. If you don't think you know yourself that well, ask your friends and coworkers about their opinion about you. Think about small things that you do & enjoy. Find out a central theorem that connects all of these events.
Every action we do has a reason to it. These reasons are the consequence of our childhood, experience, events encountered, education received. If you can find out what connects all these and present it in a clear and compelling way, you demonstrate extremely high level of self-awareness. From your understanding of yourself, pick the one that you think Wharton is looking for and support it with the most memorable event in your life.
