选校求助 INSEAD & Cornell

请大家给给建议，之前收到了INSEAD的offer，已经交了deposit。后来又收到Cornell和UCLA的offer，Cornell是1年的，UCLA两年的program。
由于年纪不小了，所以主要考虑1年的program，UCLA就不考虑了，现在主要在INSEAD和Cornell中间有点犹豫。
楼主金融背景（主要是投资相关业务），读完也不打算转行，直接回国。对两个学校的印象：
INSEAD的MBA排名很高，国内知名度一般，在国内校友很多，但是做finance的很少，咨询比较多，之前聊了几个INSEAD校友说金融国内一般。对法国不是很感冒。
Cornell排名一般，但是还是老牌藤校， 金融还可以但是国内校友很少，大众知名度应该高于INSEAD，可以体验下美国生活。

lz不准备转行，MBA的作用大半就是要个学历要个校友网络，学点东西，经历下国外的生活。Insead和Cornell都是很好的学校，国内金融方向的校友网都一般，我印象中Insead有对掌握二外的要求，不知道现在还是不是这样，一年时间还要再学法语还挺吃力的。lz也可以看一下两个学校的课程设置，师资的情况，不用担心找工作可以好好学习的话，MBA其实能学挺多东西。生活方面两边也有挺大差异。所以说到底，lz挑自己喜欢的吧，开心就好。

INSEAD for the school's international growth potential. Cornell is good and a very safe choice, but I don't see much growth opportunity for the school. INSEAD is very ambitious and has demonstrated great achievement so far. However, it will still take some time for the school to convince the public that their number 1 seat in FT ranking is well deserved.

Anyway, so my opinion is, if you want to go to a more traditional MBA school with good US exposure and reputation, choose Cornell. If you want to take a chance on INSEAD's future growth and experience European lifestyle, choose INSEAD.

I personally would go to Cornell because I want to work in US. Europe seems to be under quite a bit of political unrest.

在国内 insead 知名度比cornel高 还是insead 毕竟楼主要回国的

1) 欧洲已然没落，未来MBA的牌子还得是美国的稳健。欧洲商学院在美国并不太被认可 2）除了申请国商学院的人，中国谁还知道Insead是啥？3）工作几年后，母校的名气和资远比商学院排名重要的多。4）Cornell听说今年曼哈顿的校区就要开了，而且新成立的商学院目标是前5。资源丰富，发展前景比Insead要好。
