如果看懂题了，问啥答啥就行了：一个国家有竞争力从哪儿看出来？
（提干大意是说 a country's competitiveness = living standard level + trade health； trade deficit是不healthy的）

competitive正评价，找答案是 living standard up和trade health up的，A符合

C说 trade deficits up 是不 healthy的，排除
D说 living standard down，排除
E说 trade deficit up 是不healthy的，排除

有点不确定对第一句话的理解，是不是说一个国家只有“上升的生活标准”和“平衡的贸易”，才算是有竞争力呢？

其他的，不管是贸易的上升还是下降，生活标准的不变还是下降，都算是没有竞争力呢？

别只看第一句话，第二句话明确说了 "Both are required simultaneously" 就是说两个都需要
