我查了一下曼哈顿，上面说：

Compound subjects are always plural because at least two nouns function as the subject.
如果按这个来说的话，rain and snow就应该用复数了。

但是，在网上搜了一下也不一定，比如Butter and cheese这种表示整体的，后面就用单数。所以最终决定单复数的还是语意吧。我觉得这道题上考场就只能凭运气了哈哈哈。

我也把搜到的原句贴过来，供大家参考。（不过我想说，GMAC出5个选项就一个用了复数形式，这种用1个split秒杀的情况好少见啊……）
