我个人的看法是：国家的竞争力由a rising standard of living和balanced trade同时决定，但文中又说“贸易赤字可以使生活标准提高，贸易平衡可以通过降低生活标准来达到”，感觉上a rising standard of living和balanced trade这2者不可能同时存在。怎么能推出答案是A呢？

我个人的看法是：国家的竞争力由a rising standard of living和balanced trade同时决定，但文中又说“贸易赤字可以使生活标准提高，贸易平衡可以通过降低生活标准来达到”，感觉上a rising standard of living和balanced trade这2者不可能同时存在。怎么能推出答案是A呢？

明明你说得听清楚的嘛，为什么就推不出A呢？

国际竞争力不变的情况下：“贸易赤字可以使生活标准提高，贸易平衡可以通过降低生活标准来达到”

那什么时候能表示国家竞争力提高了呢？自然是。。。无需贸易赤字（贸易平衡）的同时生活标准也能提高。。。的时候
