这句话中，employers’ power over workers 对应C中的empower all workers，African Americans’ economic marginalization对应C中的economic advancement of African American workers ，可以看出是一个同意改写。

只是这个确实比较隐蔽，因为看完这文章，一般人可能会觉得这些黑人领袖的作为都是为了黑人利益，所以C中用all workers来迷惑人。

同时B中，从原文只能推出AFL对黑人不友好，或者排斥或者坚持种族主义，而CIO对黑人好。但从这里没法推出黑人工人就只参加CIO。除非有信息说美国就这俩组织，而黑人必须从中选一个参加。

这两个东东还是有较大差别的吧。。。前者说employer控制workers的权利，后者是说employer授权给workers
