我不明白C为什么对。题目说了一个条件：The data have been adjusted to allow for differences in the ages of patients。可以允许年龄的差异呀，而C中Patients who are very old on admission to a hospital are less likely than younger patients to survive the same types of illnesses or surgical procedures.年老的人比年轻的人在患同样疾病的情况下，更加不会生存。说道年龄的问题导致疾病死亡的差异，不是可以忽略么？那么就是justtified的呀。

E为什么错？

第二题，题目意思：玩具连锁店依靠电脑化的库存控制和顾客自我服务的“市场概念”，从员工中减少销售员的分类。现在计划在小孩服装的行业中引用同样的理念。

B：personal service by sales personnel is not required for selling children’s clothes successfully。员工的个人服务不被要求在销售小孩子的衣服。？当然题目说的顾客的个人服务，B的确有对的地方，其他答案呢？？

对于17题，我觉得C正确是没有异议的，题目说年龄的问题可以忽略，所以因为年龄问题导致的存活率差异，医院可以放心公开，即不会care这个问题。  而E是不是因为作用不确定所以被排除，还请大家伙指教！

同一楼上地说。如果题目没有这句话，这题就没有答案了。因为所有选项说的都是由于统计不能反映质量所以统计不妥。只有加了那句话，才是C明确反对条件。
