We need the ICAP because we need to see your courses.

给我回复的怎么是也要成绩单呀，咱俩是不是一个人回的？我寄了我手上唯一的一份，要是不要的话我就白寄了

不是一个人。。我觉得他指的是unofficial transcript吧。网申上传就行。
当时小蜜一直没回我，我就又发了一封问，结果昨天他们两个都回我了。
Andrew：
Ideally, the admissions team will receive all of your required documents before the deadline.  WES evaluations should be submitted as soon as possible as we can not begin the review of your application without it.  Official copies of transcripts can come a bit later. That is, we will be able to begin reviewing  your application with your unofficial transcripts, assuming all other documents are submitted.  However, we will need to have the official copies of your transcripts as soon as you can get them to us.
