未来的同学大家好，又到了一年一度的申请季。楼主是OSU Fisher Full-time MBA在读的学生，也是Fisher招生办的Ambassador，负责MBA, MAcc, SMF, MHRM program的新生工作。
进来Fisher收到越来越多关于学校信息、申请流程、就业前景等诸多方面的咨询，所以和Admission Team商量在这此建楼，借助这个平台帮各位同学答疑解惑，大家如果有任何关于Fisher Master Program的问题都可以在这里po出来，楼主会联系学院给出最官方、最准确的回复。

先简单介绍一下学校。俄亥俄州立大学(OSU)位于mid-west重镇哥伦布。哥伦布是俄亥俄州首府，这座城市近年一直在不断扩张发展，经济地位不断攀升，逐渐超越老牌城市克利夫兰和辛辛那提。前一阵子总统大选期间希拉里和奥巴马纷纷来到我校发表了演讲。此外，Fisher也是Mid-west地区企业重点招聘的对象。就楼主的亲身体验，来Fisher进行校园招聘的公司包括Mckinsey, Deloitte Consulting, Amazon, 四大, Nationwide, Wendy, Cardinal Health等等。

作为在读MBA学生，楼主也顺便介绍一下最新入学的Full-time MBA 情况。

2018 MBA Class共计92名同学，平均年龄28岁，平均工作年限5年左右。
International Students占36%，来自14个不同的国家，其中中国学生包括4名来自大陆及1名来自台湾的同学，背景主要是金融、四大、咨询。

今年SM收到申请大概450-500份左右，最后录取45人。

今年MHRM收到申请225-275左右，录取48人，国际学生在25%，据我所知中国学生应该不到10名。
托福一般需高于100，GMAT没有Minimum，视整体情况决定。

MAcc今年收到申请500-550份，最终录取81人，其中国际生一半左右。

学校没有具体统计中国学生的考试成绩，但全班平均GMAT在640。

学校office的官方回复如下：

The Fisher Admissions Committee examines each candidate and his or her qualifications holistically to decide on which students would provide the best fit for the MAcc program—this means that they consider the strength of each part of the application; academic background & work history, GMAT score, TOEFL/IELTS score, quality of the resume, quality of essay content and writing, and the information offered through the letters of recommendation.

Both international and domestic students are held to this same standard, though we require international students to have sufficient knowledge of the English language because the Fisher MAcc program is very interactive and participatory in nature.  To be minimally competitive, we recommend all international applicants to aim for a total score of at least a 7 on the IELTS (with a minimum of a 7 on the speaking section) or a score of at least 100 on the TOEFL (with a minimum of a 24 on the speak). These are the recommended scores for students to be minimally competitive and to stand out among those that will be submitting similar scores with their application.

If a candidate’s scores are below this average, we still encourage submitting an application, but he or she may want to consider retaking the test it to improve scores and overall candidacy for admission. Additionally, we encourage all applicants to submit the optional video essay component of the application to best display spoken communication skills to the Admissions Committee as well.
