a question about sending transcript

if  my transcript was sent to university before I submit my application form, normally how will the admission officer handle the transcript? will they throw it into garbage?

You're supposed to open an logon account in their application system. Adcoms then will match the document to your account. Any way you can contact them to make sure that happens.

I did sent a letter to the university but get no response.
Maybe I should sent another letter to them...
