Both chemicals are neurotoxins thatdisrupt that part of the brain charged with making the mouth move in acoordinated fashion--the "central pattern generator"--as the slugfeeds.
我理解“charged with ...fashion"是作brain的定语，但如果修饰brain，那么dsrupt引导的宾语从句只有主语brain没有谓语和宾语，成分缺失。觉得charged with 前应该加个be动词或者 disrupt后面去掉that。
