补充一下答案：

Since 8x is an integer and x>0 ---> 8x>=1--->x>=0.125, --> tenths digit of x must be nonzero

16x>=1 --> x>= 0.0625 only

So the answer should be (B)

我的解法是8x为整数，x=0.125n  16x为整数，x=0.0625n，所以8x的条件可以说明 16x不能

不好意思我没明白 integer那道题 为什么8x为整数，x=0.125n  16x为整数，x=0.0625n，所以8x的条件可以说明tenth digit is nonzero 16x不能???

这道题问的是否，16X是整数，也能得出10分位是非零。所以应该是选either的那个选项。

不对吧，x=0.0625n的时候也可以啊 n=1的时候10分位为0，n>1的时候就不为0了，所以不能确定吧

因为16x为整数说明x=1/2或1/4或1/8或1/16
x=1/16时候，十分位为0
x=1/2.1/4.1/8时，十分位不为0，所以无法判断
