B正确。但是我觉得B选项默认了“地价贵的地方建筑是多层建筑”  不算跳跃吗？？？

这题确实有点在个人知识为基础的潜在前提下出的。。。土地价值是要高到一定程度才会出现多层建筑，这些都是未知

同求NNs给解释下

不知道哟，我的经验就是一般其他四个答案要么无关要么是错的情况适当推理就可以接受
