有case 求分析 - 推荐人问题

大家好! 请教一下reference 应该找谁写的问题，求解答+分析。

背景：在Global top 50学校本科 + 硕士以不错的成绩毕业，四年工作经验，在有名但非MBB的咨询公司工作，GMAT 730，金融证照全，目标是M7学校。

在纠结找谁推荐的问题，已选定一名推荐人：四年的同辈同事，有心写+熟悉申校+熟悉我

另一名在两个人间纠结：

A君是直属上司，一同工作两年，我想到有许多可以由他写的故事以证明我是很好的candidate，但问题是这个人不好预计，如果他自己写，我怕未必写得好，或他会有脾气不想用我提供的例子，亦未必容许我代笔。加上我正在争取升职，怕A君知道我有申校意图后会影响机会。

B君是非直属上司，认识不到一年，数月前曾一起做高强度项目三个月，他是项目经理，很欣赏我，会walk many extra miles去帮我争取升职及给予事业上的意见，可以预计他会极用心帮我写 ，而且是native English speaker，相信写得会不错。

除了这两个人，已经没有更好的人选。我想各位大牛提供一下意见， B君的各项优点能否补偿非直属上司和共同工作时间不是太长的缺点？

Hi,
To me it is clear that choice A, your direct boss is the far better choice. He knows you better he has seen your work, he has known you longer. You can;t control his mind, but as long as he likes you and is willing to help, he seems like the better choice.

Thanks for your reply.

I ended up talking to A. And it went extremely well. His recognition of me is much higher than I expected (e.g. he said he had never met anyone that exceptional at my age, and he believes I would become an executive in the city in 10 years). So I don't have to worry about it now, and will submit 3 applications in round 1.

But another thing pops up: he offered a 1 year secondment in the US before MBA. If I am to take it, I will defer the admission from 2017 to 2018. I have been working in China throughout my career, so this might close my cultural gap and better prepare me for MBA and post-MBA; but the job nature would be exactly the same. What's your opinion on this?
