我8曰15日考的，不是上个月的题库里的。
作文题是说一个City Planner给一个traditional economy based and mid-sized的叫Sxxx City的市长写信说：
现在那些创意创新型企业，不如说publishing, fashion, software design, architecture之类的都喜欢在有开放型的，有活力的urban living environment工作。然后说为了促进S市的经济转型，应该将一个S市的一个warehouse district改建成一个10-block pedestrian area，然后有一些设施比如说performing arts center, cafe, chairs on the street之类的。最后说这样的话就一定能吸引那些创意型企业过来，然后就可以促进经济转型以及guarantee the economy renewal。

供参考的攻击点：
1. Casual oversimplification: urban living environment不一定是创意型企业考虑选址的决定性因素。
2. 那个10-block pedestrian area因为是给行人走的，不许用车，所以对于很多企业比如说Publishing,fashion已经要运输material sample的，可能很不方便。
3. Gratuitous assumption: 吸引创意型企业不一定就能保证经济转型。

8.16考的，讲的是environmentalist‘s demands for regulation会限制c什么mill（第三大employer），作者认为这样会加重经济负担。举例neighboring community在有了restrictions后许多factories close，导致unemployment。然后又说如果现在impose regulation，以后environmentalists会加更多的限制。所以不能用这个regulation。

刚考完，，，作文是说有两家drugstrores, 一家是holen, 一家k开头的。。。H has many loyal customers. H started its first store in downtown, then expanded to several locations (3 chain stores). The company manager believes that k company can become the leader in A area if K company opens more stores closed to H company.
