拜托请看一下这个到底是什么意思，文中并没有说这个rot是一开始就可以感染这个plant的呀，为什么到plant 30 weeks old就可以测出来了？

俺赶脚30 week 可以认为是fungal rot潜伏期，tulu有可能被其感染，也有可能是完好的，只有长到30 week大时才能检测出来感染与否。

tulu很容易被fungal rot破坏，因此政府希望在tulu卖出之前就进行fungal rot的检验。但是30周以下的tulu还没有足够能被检验出来的的fungal rot，而很多tulu在24周之前就被卖掉了，问你政府怎么做才能克服tulu检验的这个问题
