有些学校要求申请时提供Self-Reported Transcript，而不是直接寄送official transctript.比如tuck
Information regarding your academic record must be reported by you on the self-reported transcript form, a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet which can be downloaded from our website. You are required to include on the self-reported transcript form the same information contained on the official transcript from the institution(s) where you obtained your undergraduate (bachelor's or first) degree and any graduate degrees. This information includes course names, course numbers, dates, grades, courses taken pass/fail, incomplete courses, and dropped courses. You will also be asked to provide information regarding courses taken outside of your undergraduate institution (transfer courses, study abroad programs, cross-registration).

请问各位都是把official transcript上的成绩一一填到这个表里面么？可不可以直接寄送official transcript?

通常来讲，各个学校有自己的规定。对于一些TOP的学校，由于申请人数众多，会规定使用Self-Reported Transcript.根据学校的具体要求提交材料，就不会出差错。
