B是说U经济起步预计会让国内买车的人能多起来。国内买车的人多，用油就多（内需），出口自然就减少了---->所以不一定会result in higher oil exports；

对 油田多了 国内对油的需求也增多了 所以多出来的油有可能都被本国消耗掉了 提出是不是 题干 没搞清楚？
