我唔覺得UK咁玩法一定死硬, 但是不明朗性和風險高了很多.
They may make a way out by standing a network in Aus, NZ, Canada, and some other former colony, but who knows?
1. I don't think Manchester is famous for their business school. They are famous for their football team only.
I am not a fans of football, so Manchester is not my choice definitely, even without tuition fee (wasting time)
2. Warwick is for sure better than Manchester, but their international reputation (especially outside UK and former colonies) is really very limited. Given all UK school are likely to be less respected internationally, I don't think they will worth their tuition anymore in the near future. (indeed they have a online MBA, which is a clear signal indeed)
3. I am not planning to do an MBA (at least for now), but if I am, I will not settle for less (as MBA is for a name). If the good one don't take me, I will just try again next year with better profile.
4. If I am planning to relocate to UK through education, MBA can be the choice; but I definitely need a top school (e.g. LBS, Said, Judge) since the job market competition is fierce, and I need the alumni network (that why MBA can charge). If I don't get offer from them, and really need to move to UK urgently, I will read something technical (e.g. computer science) instead.
