咱们在找方案的时候一定要注意，如果方案是一个词，那毫无疑问了，找这个词就完了。但如果方案是一个句子的话，咱得先理解了这个句子，然后再找那个选项“提到”了这个方案。这里的“提到”，就不会再是词的重复了，选项只要说到有关于方案的事情，就算是提到方案了。
比如这个题目的答案C，它就和很明显的在说方案的事情嘛~因为，这个方案就是要看这个医疗方案是否必要嘛~
C的意思是，方案有可行性啊~因为，检查是否必要这个过程很费钱，而且通常查完了还没用，也就是，查完后的结果的都是必要的，也省不下来钱。所以，抛弃这个方案，可以减小成本嘛
