Thanks for your response. Acutally, I know that an undergraduate degree is always a sign for the waiver of TOEFL, but not sure about a master degree. It is great to get some confirmation from you.

Usually no. TOEFL waivers only work if you come from a NATIVE speaking English language program. So unfortunately it doesn’t work for Indians Hong Kong or Singapore etc. even if the language of study was English.
