Somebody please confirm the doability of my pursuit of Oxbridge MBA

28 yo, born and raised in a small town in Anhui, undergrad is from a state school (OK, nothing to hide, it is :Baruch@ CUNY) . 3.65 GPA , US citizen (not sure if that makes any difference in MBA admission, but I was told N Americans are a plus when it comes applying for European MBA)  Haven't done GMAT yet.
Interned at United Nations, 1 year experience in publication in Beijing, 8 months associate @ venture backed e commerce . Right now doing business acquisation at a botique training company (non-sales), president and founder of a school club.
I wanted to do part time @ Stern but realized the cost factor and career development are lame .(Stern doesn't allow part time MBA to access their career center).

Thinking of quit my job in 3 -4 years and do a MBA @ either Said or Judge .  kinda concerned because my undergrad is not from a NIU XIAO and also not being part of the big fortune 500 companies.


Any suggestions or recommendations?
