我感觉如下两个语法题非常像，为什么答案不一样，我认为第一个是Ｃ

第一題如果選C那THAT後面沒有動詞因為THAT代antibiotic

有呀，就是ＤＩＳＣＯＶＥＲＤ，此里面是说被动，应该前面加ＢＥ动词，但是，第２个也是被动，因为现象是被促进呀，为什么没有加是对的？

第二题的accelerate既是及物动词也是不及物动词，既可以接宾语，也可以不接宾语；该题中，accelerate就是不及物动词，the phenomenon accelerates.(意思是：此种现象在增加)，另外一个例子：the car is accelerating.(车正在加速)，也是不及物动词。
