这题刚开始看，一直不知道在说啥，但是你会发现5个选项都似乎跟答案不沾边，所以可以判断这是一道难题，难题一般都有不同于普通题的思路。
普通题可能会说snow geese 和别的鸟类有什么关系，导致他们的减少也会影响到别的鸟类数量！
所以这类题绝对不在这种方向，而在于题设中明确点名的词---restriction！
我们会考虑万一取消了restriction以后也没有什么效果或者万一取消了以后有反效果呢？
可是依旧没有相关答案。
此时应该再关注时间和空间轴所带来的提示---recent increase！
那我们要看这个increase是不是因为recent restriction带来的呢？结果发现B说到several years！！
BANG，答案出来了！也就是restriction进行了这么多年都没啥事，为啥现在就要取消呢？证明这次带来的威胁并不是由于所谓的restriction导致的，从而weaken了！

很好的一道题！积累就是进步！！！

一道蛮难的BF题！

这个题，刚开始在读的时候一直以为consumer advocate后只有第一句话是consumer的观点，没想到其实后面整一段都是他的观点，所以可以看出他的态度是，先说了一个普遍的观点，然后推翻它，所以打心里，他是不认可however前面的，因此选择了C。所以有时候做题，并不是你不会，而是你不懂套路。
