E是说在R地方,子女门是父母经济来源的主要支柱,比如一个老人一个月20块钱才够花.

原来的情况是PENSION 10块子女的补助10块.

现在虽然PENSIION增加了百分制20,既12块可是题中说,子女只是补充到够花的程度(这里就是20块),那这会子女就补助8块.

你看看老人的生活水平有提高吗?不正好填了空.
