正确答案是B而我选了A
我是这么想的 既然M没有超过60000的话 说明M的年收入超过40000的比例最高是指年收入在40000-60000 那么就可以合理解释为什么S的年收入超过60000的比例饿最高啦
而B选项也能理解只是用的some比较迷惑 万一some只是代表的很小一部分呢 那还是不能解释吧。。

A is wrong.  No household in Merton county has an annual income of $60,000 or more.
Merton county can have some household over 60K but the percentage is lower than Sommer.
Consider the following scenario:

0-40K     0%       25%
40-60K   60%      25%
60+       40%      50%

This is fully plausible.
