看了别人的经历，感觉自己的工作背景不是很理想，马上就要申请了，希望能更有针对性一点，还希望xdjm们多提些建议

我觉得这是比较典型的一种profile，所谓的"people like you got in, people like you got dinged"，所以我的建议如下，仅供参考：
1)好好考虑自己的career goal和自己的定位；
2)了解学校的偏好，选择合适的学校，如果今年一定要入学的话，建议选择个别的safety school
3)因为象你这样的申请人很多，所以应该好好想一下自己身上有什么能够和别人区别开来的地方
4)好好准备essay，be specific, be reflective(我们的论坛上有一些讨论essay的帖子，我想随着申请过程的展开，讨论会越来越多的，建议你留意)
5)推荐你看Rechard Montauk得How to get into the top MBA programs

国内MBA已经高度贬值，连我母校的MBA已经不能说很有分量，况且最重要的是国内的MBA依然沿用落后的教育方式，所以我不认为有意义和有价值

对此我不是很了解，香港中文大学的MBA好象在世界排名比较考前，那也是世界70名以外了，不知道你觉得是否有价值？

I lived in Shenzhen since I was very young, I had all the good images of HKU in the world. but even a person like me have to tell you that the future of Hong Kong is going downhills.

I still remember when I was young, Hong Kong kids called me "A Can Zai" (really bad words), now Mandarin is one of the most popular classes in High school.

When I went to Hong Kong in early days, those sales person won't even talk to me until I start speaking english, now, more than 80% tourist income is from mainland China. Almost every store accepts RMB

Hong Kong will not deminish in a few days, but certainly the value, the pretigious status in mainland Chinese heart is fading away. That is why, be extremly careful when you are applying for southeast asia school. That should be your last resort, yeah, even Zhong Ou, Chang Jiang should be ahead of southeast asia schools
