请问INTERVIEW的几个问题？！

没有经验，想问关于INTERVIEW的几个问题：

1. 面试官的背景到那里可以查到？怎么查？

2. 学校和PROGRAM的情况除了学校网站，还有那里可以查到？

3. INTERVIEW的几个问题：

A。It's two years after graduation, what three words would your team members use to descirbe you?
“It's two years after graduation”是什么时候的graduation（本科/MBA）？这题从什么角度讲好？

B。What's most frustrating at work?
这题从什么角度讲好？是指工作中的一件事，OR一个方面？

C。Describe an ethical dilemma faced at work?
这题的结尾是说自己妥善处理这个DILEMMA，OR OTHERWISE？

D。Tell me about yourself.
我看过一种回答的版本：
1）introduce my work experience and education background
2) decribe my career goals including short-term and long-term
3) explain why I chose this school and why now
4) explain my unique background and contribution to the school
这种回答是否过于全面了？瞎猜的。
这题的重点说那一方面会比较好？

请大家多指教呀！

1. No answer for NO.1. and seems not that important to know.
2. I guess the best resource is the school's website. For the admits stats, you can go to businessweek to compare between schools.
3.a. I think it refers 2 years after MBA. There are lots of you can talke about, like teamwork, leadership, communication, innovation... Pick 3 that you think you are strong and will live others great impression.
3.b. You can tell a story. Think clearly what you what to say through tellng the story. I think you can emphasize on your problem solving skills and persistency in this question.
3.c.. better to give a result, a good result, that is how you solved the problem.
3.d. I think it is quite a comprehensive answer. Each point is important to clarify if it has not been stated from other sources.

Last word, be yourself, that is most important. Sometimes it is not the stats win you the ticket, but your personality.
