问题：
1. tell me why MBA, why now, why CEIBS?
2. any leadership experience?
3. tell me about one of your challenges you faced before?
4. tell me three points of your strengths to compete with other candidates.
5. what is your career goals, short term, long term, and why
6. have you applied other schools? which one?  What is the difference or point you choose them?
7. how do you motivate your team members?
8. share  with us about the trends of your industry.
9. why do you choose to study in shanghai?
10. we know you already got a master degree in engineering, why do you still need mba?
11. do you have any question for us?

面试过程35分钟。
Tips：
下午的skype可能网络有问题，只有图像没有声音， 后来换成了电话面试。
楼主准备的自我介绍（家庭，教育，工作）被直接打断，教授直切主题, why CEIBS.  
可能是面试官都已经仔细研究过我的申请材料，不打算在上面继续浪费时间。 这时候要稳住，关于你想表达的内容可以在后面的面试交谈中带出来。
整个面试过程保持自信，不要慌，就当和朋友聊天。
