(i don't have pinyin on this computer...) does '2nd' mean the second interview for the same program? and did Jamie say when they would give admission decision? thanks!

"2nd" means I submit my application before the second round deadline but after the first deadline, and the notification date on its website for 2nd round(3/01) is the same as the date Jamie told me.
