To add one:

A shop owner of a retail store is looking to invest in a shop front. The price of real estate at Town A has been growing significantly for the past 5 years. Whereas the neighbouring town Town B's real estate price has stayed the same. Therefore, Town A's price of real estate is overvalued and we therefore should invest in town B.
