Even thought there is enough rain and snow falling in Vancouver's three main water dam providing enough water for 3 times of its population, Vancouver is fcked up because that exceeds their storing capacity.
Part underlined is the correct answer, just memorize it. Other flawed answers included:
（以上为正确答案样式，请记住答案，不要直接选A）
1. rain & snow fell...that provide
2. rain & snow falls.. providing
3. rain & snow fall.. to provide
4. some bull shit that is completely non-sense

为什么不是rain & snowfalls... providing而是falling呢？一般不是用名词比v.ing要好吗？求解答谢谢~~~明天要考了好想死
