推荐信任选问题，不熟悉的大牛还是熟悉的领导？？

请教群里各位大神，两封推荐信，一封肯定让自己的line manager写，具体纠结在另外一封。目前有以下几个选择：
1. 第一个是自己所在部门的部门总经理，是自己line manager的line manager。肯定很了解我但是和line manager的功能履历有些重叠。


2. 北大光华管理学院某前任院长。家里人认识，但是工作上没有接触，切入点可能要从以前自己的论文方面找。


3. 客户。目前可以找的有国企CFO，创新工厂的合伙人等，都是以前自己在私人银行部工作时的客户，关系肯定好可以自己写他们签字。

大家觉得在已有一封line manager推荐信的情况下，选哪个比较好？

建议1吧。3也不是不行，但是一要确保他们跟你在工作中有足够的接触，可以写出有内容的推荐信，二是现在推荐信都是电子邮件，有点麻烦的。

Hey there,

Well your choice 1 is good. Honestly your choices 2 and 3 are not so good. Because neither have supervised your work. Choice three might be better than choice 2 because at least you are connected through work, but honestly, the expectation will be that you are able to deliver two recommendations from BOSSES who you worked under.
