Today, I went to hospital. Then, I only listened to three pieces of ted. Total hours: 1.5 hours
I do not know exactly why I did not want to study. Maybe the reason is that I had a slight stomachache in the afternoon or maybe I felt a little frustrated since I am  not sure about the future.
Fortunately, those websites which can offer me "interesting" movies or tv shows are blocked by Cold Turkey. So I had to watch some "uninteresting" programs such as ted.
Next time when I fall into anxiety, I need to put it aside and do something which is interesting and good for improving my english.
