美国商科master,美国工作经验1年+,想在新加坡找工作，求指点

本人情况：国内小本，本科期间曾在新加坡 Singapore Institute Of Materials Management暑期交流半个月，美国马里兰大学商学院Supply Chain Management master, 毕业后在美工作至今15个月。长远希望能回到亚洲发展，感觉新加坡不错，希望有了解外国人在新加坡找工作情况的高人指点指点， 尤其在工作签证，收入水平等方面。十分感谢！

My bit of advice: Not easy nowadays to get a work visa in Singapore, government is tightening up the policy. Salary is just above 3 thousand Singapore dollars for master degree holder with only 15 month experience. usually company pays 13 month salary, so you are looking at 40k per year (income next is about 500 a year only). Suggest you stay put in your current job, gain more experience, and wait for the policy to loosen up.
