求问OG13 第12篇阅读（附原文）。第二遍刷四题还是错三题感觉题目好难啊！

这篇文章都能看懂，但是已经第二遍刷了还是四题错三题，和第一遍一样。有没有大牛分析一下出题点？53题的A选项为什么不行啊，感觉原文里面说的是老的技术仍然产出有害的硫酸什么的，因为这些物质一开始没有被监管。
新技术可以避免生产这些，老技术虽然有巨大的监管成本但是还是生产，那不就是说明老技术无法做到减少排放？
C选项有种老技术无视环境污染和成本的感觉。
