Essay Three: Please give an example of a difficult interaction you had with a person or group. (up to 500 words)

这个题目的范围很广，"difficult" 可以指differences in value system, culture conflicts，大家的处理问题的方式的差别，甚至还可以是political issue in office，大家认为从哪个方面入手比较好呢？

我觉得回答的关键在於一个要描述这个interaction的性质，另外一个要你是怎么想的和做的，要强调你在处理的时候的innovation。

I feel that we had better not discuss potical issue in our essays.
Normally, the culture conflicts seem to be a common topic, if we combine such topic with special background, such as difference in age, gender, or speicliazaion. I feel the essay will be at least not bad.

For "difficult interaction", I feel the "process" to conquer the diffculty should also be emphasized.

Jack, I agree with you. "要强调你在处理的时候的innovation". It does not make sense to say that you bumpped into a problem without explaining how you delt with it. In you essay, you may demonstrate your analytical skills, innovation, communicaiton skills, integrity etc.
