做了WST的video interview。。断了两次网所以遇到了8个题目。。

题目如下：

What is your consistent strength? How doyou discover it?
Why do you choose Olin? What does our culture or resources attract you?
Give an example of a situation when you have to explain a technical issue to a person who don’t have any experience in technical issue.
What do you want people to know more about yourself?
Explain a situation when you witnessed aconflict within a team. How to you solve it? How could you done better?
How do you think working in differentbusiness department benefit supply chain management?
How do you solve problem?
How do you solve a problem when you don’thave all the data?
