怎么也想不明白为什么会是D, 不是B? help me pls.

这道题是一个集合问题：

文中的实际要求是对所提到的集合取非：集合为：those who have been audited since 1985（A） and who were found to have made no mistakes in filing their returns during that audit.(B)-->A交B

对A交B取非--〉非A并非B(好像是这个公式)

答案D:就是非A(文章中的前半部分说明没有在85年以后被审计过)，后半部分说没有发现过错误（即B），是一个误导的部分，如果直接对B取非，则很容易将D排除，可实际上对集合的取非结果是非A并非B，即只要满足非A或非B即可

答案B:b说在86年曾经审计，并且在提交表格前被律师纠正了错误，符合文中的条件(A交B)，不是答案
