Today, my study time was interrupted by something important.(unfortunately, this important thing wasn't finished by some uncontrolled factors and I conjecture that I will be disturbed at least twice in the future )
It is delight for me to study so efficiently since I begin to use pomotime.

The reason I performed so poorly today is that my stomachache became serious and extracted my attention on study. So, I spent a lot of time on scanning much information about gastritis symptoms and treatments(In fact, when I searched such information, I realized that it is not meaningful for me to look for such information since I must go to see doctor and know my situation. I wasted much time. OMG)
After searching much information, I thought I wasted much time. As a result, I felt my study time was destroyed by such thing(in fact, interrupting by something unexpected is common) and began to wander on the internet.

Yesterday,I went to see doctor. Fortunately, my stomach is relatively ok. Maybe I can feel tiny pain, so even though I felt severely painful, it doesn't mean that my stomach is in bad condition.

Then I could have studied in yesterday evening. But, due to a small mistake that a nurse did, my right hand swelled like a pig feet. Naturally, I found a good excuse, and let myself have a rest.
Today, I feel a little regret because of avoiding study.

Summary of this week

whole hours:26.13 hours
average hours: 4.36 hours
average reading hours: 1.38hours

This week, I fail to study as much as possible because of two main things. One of them is going to hospital and another is something disgusting but inevitable.
Next week, I reckon that I will be disturbed by disturbing thing for about 5 hours.

Reading speed: relatively little improving. The average speed: about 130/m. Keep improving.
I admit that even though I had said that I should increase extensive reading, speed and obstacles several times, I failed to finish it.
I have to join reading team because of my poor discipline.

Another thing important is that: Health is the basic. This week, I wasted about 8 hours on seeing doctor. OMG Fortunately, my stomach is relatively good.
If I want to become healthy and will not take a lot of time in hospital, I must control my mouth and stay away from many delicious food but harmful to my stomach.
I still persist exercising, which I am so proud of. After all, I never do it successfully in the past.
