我对这题也感觉很郁闷，我选了A，实在是不能理解第一句话是支持。

题目说的是，高的出口关税限制了腰果只能在国内市场销售。如果拿掉高出口税，那么腰果可以国际市场价销售，更多腰果的农场会从中获得大利润。然而很多腰果的加工厂都在城市里，如果拿掉高出口税，会影响政府对将来5年的城市失业问题的控制。

A说了腰果的生产产出的副产品可以用于其它制造业，也就是说其实其他产业可能会提供出更多的就业机会。

不知道答案对不对。

这题答案是E

上面那题是B, 这么说, 动词是绝对的优先了?

我明白是E了。

因为如果拿掉高关税的话，农场农民不能得到好的利润，很多腰果农民就会涌入城市，那么城市的失业问题不就严重了吗？

这题是反过来证明拿掉高关税不会对政府在将来5年控制城市失业产生影响。

是选B吗？因为be foreseen是动词形式，是不是要比not foreseeable好一点呢？ 好像感觉意思上也有些微不同。

同意babyface 的意见，选B。原因有二，一是原文中用了情态动词，一般正确答案中不省略；二是查了一下longman中foreseeable的用法：

foreseeable difficulties, events etc should be planned for because they are very likely to happen in the future
The judge found that it was not foreseeable that the fuel would catch fire. foreseeable risk

觉得就像babyface说的，foreseeable和foresee意思有差别，foreseeable更多的是强调未来发生的可能性很大，而foresee则纯粹是一种预测。所以觉得应该选B。

应该选E。同意babyface对原文的解释，但是A不对，因为无论升降关税，这些副产品都有工厂生产，不是说原来没有，现在有了，所以增加了就业机会，我觉得A是无关选项。E是对的，因为原文说城市里的失业率增加是因为关税减了，腰果的价格高了，所以增加了他们的成本，阻碍了这些工厂的发展。E选项说原来关税高的时候，农民利润低，所以他们才大量进入城市，所以城市的剩余劳动力多。这就说明现在农民利润高了，所以他们没有进入城市的原因了，城市失业率自然会下降，从而削弱了原文结论。

为什么这题是p (5,5)/P(3,3)? 我做成P（3，3）了。

看了答案还是想不明白。

先把5辆汽车全排列，是p(5,5），其中3辆是red，也就是一样的，所以要再除以p(3,3)
