R这个地方的医疗水平比T高很多，但是R这个地方男性患前列腺癌的人数明显比T高。问为啥？

答案一定是说R与T在某个与男性前列腺癌有关的方面有不同点。C说T这个地方的男人平均寿命短，还没到得前列腺癌的高发年龄呢，就翘辫子了，自然能活动得前列腺癌的年龄的男人就少了。

C说的是一句废话：大众健康状况不好不会增加得前列腺癌的机率。不会增加不等于一定会减少啊。还是无法解释“R这个地方男性患前列腺癌的人数明显比T高”。

这个题目的逻辑是这样的：R地医疗条件好，T地医疗条件差，并且大部分疾病的致死率在T地都比在R地高。那么现在问题来了，为什么有一种癌症的致死率竟然在R地比在T地高呢？

那么这里有几个概念可供考虑，一是患病率，二是治愈率。毕竟患病而死的过程是：得病——没治好——挂了。R地的医疗水平高，那么如果题目或者选项没有明确说明，我们可以同样认为R地针对这种癌症的治愈率是比T地高的，如果选项说了，T地有某种特殊的治疗技巧可以有效治疗该癌症，那么是可以作为正确选项的，但是并没有这种选项。
那么，能够影响致死率的只有患病率了，如果因为某种因素导致R地患这种病的人要远超过T地，那么即便R地医疗条件好，致死率比T地高也是可能的。而患病率为什么高就有很多可能了，可能是因为基因遗传，也可能是因为R地附近有某种工厂排放了大量导致该病的有毒物质，而题目给出的是"患这种癌症的人群都是高龄人（在T地的）“，那么结合题意，由于T地卫生水平差，大部分人都活不到高龄，那么患病率也就低了。
虽然我觉得B选项说”在T地“有些多余，甚至会导致错误推断，但是这道题的思路就只这样的。
