1)college students eating out are more inclined to choose the less expensive fast food like hamburger or pizza,but seafood is more expensive and dining is more time-consuming.
2)People in the shopping center are more inclined to have a cup of coffee(-reason for success of Plaza Café ) or tea when they take a break in shopping,but not choose to eat food like pizza or seafood.
3)already many seafood restaurants exist in that area.(实在想不出来的时候凑的)
