答案是E,偶笨笨的问,automobile insurance premiums是说给汽车买保险,还是给人买保险?

可是为什么C不对呢?文章只说了保险公司的成本增加,这个成本应该包括修车的成本和人上医院看病的成本啊!C和E分别说明了这两个情况.文章虽然说despite the fact that cars were much safer in 1990 than in 1960,但也不意味着修车会更便宜啊!


这题偶看见C就直接选了,根本没看E,真郁闷!!

所以C属于无关信息
