1， 听力， lecture1: 将吃东西过敏，大脑有记忆，形成习惯，（有前人机经）叫 ----aversion, 利用这个特点，让动物吃腐烂的羊或牛肉，动物有两个反应： 1） 产生---aversion, 不再吃羊或牛了， 2） 动物之间传递这个信息。

2， lecture2 两种艺术的比较，(neo or impress) 上节课将 neo，这节课impress. 一种以政治为题材(neo); 另一种以自然为题材(impress)， 用自然现象表达情感，例如用storm 表达sad，这种艺术好像对其他文化有影响。

作文： co-workers characteristics.

语法：改错 1)export_------exporter， 应使用名词， 2) abundant---abundance， 应使用名词 3)irr-打头的单词， 这里是词序的颠倒 4) Among复数, are –单数--，错在” are” , are 后面的单数名词是句子的主语，应该用 is 5) development----develop 应使用动词 6) that caused by -----was caused by 应使用被动语态 7) that-----in that ， in that 是一个词组，可以查一下用法， （与定语从句 that, which 无关） 8) drill___-drilled 用过去分词

阅读：

1）furniture industry, 对比middle west 与new york penn state. 第一段 提出此工业的工业化发展在west, 不在纽约， 第二段 新中心生产力的提高原因， 第三段，进一步说 老中心的表现 response。 a) 新中心 work force ‘s average productivity increased b) higher wage rate than that of small shops, that means: wage rate c) toiled --- worked d) 使用saw and drill 是 提高生产力的表现。 e) modest- limited f) new york ‘s response: make consumer oriented furniture, g) middle west： make mass production and easy assembly furnitures.

4) 好像是PDT, 一种潜在的不能分解的化学物质。第一段是科学家amazingly 发现一种细菌能分解PDT 第二段是 PDT特性，和动物的死亡第三段是 利用细菌 a) scientists’ attitude: are surprised b) theme: not the PDT, but the discovery of bacterium, c) where is the bacterium: the mud of the bottom of the river d) d) remember: PDT is potential harmful; which means that we don’t identify the reason.
