请教削弱题做题方法

请教削弱题做题方法

我在模考中,发现90%的错误是削弱错,等做完后,对答案,就发现是我错了。可是在实际做题中,时间非常紧,几乎是马上得选答案。有什么办法能保证时间和准确度吗?

补充一点:我现在对削弱的办法等等,都有一定的了解了。可是时间一紧,就没办法了。事后回去读,又明白了。那可 怎么办?

I think you problem is caused by the limited time during test..

some suggestion that may help reduce your time:

1. focus on the key sentence, key word and central contradiction in the argument..

2. improve your intuition of distinguishing  fallacious choice  from correct choice, an instution that can identify a choice an fallacious by only reading several words of a choice without even totally understanding the meaning of whole sentences...

3. know the typical answer of a typical CR question

4. use the skills of POE and identifying choice out of scope..

I know it is easy to say though, but try to find out your problem and use some method that can help solve problems quickly and suit you best..

Let me give you an example.

41. Some medical colleges have recently extended the duration of a media education by adding a research project to other tasks medical students must complete. These schools maintain that this alteration is a response to requests from the public for more throoughfully educated doctors. Rather than an attempt to generate more income from tuition. Obviously, their claim is inaccurate . If it were true, medical school would use the more modern patient-based learning format, which produces a more thoroughly trained doctors than do research projects.
Which of the following, if true, would most strengthen the argument against the medical colleges?
A.    When medical colleges first started research projects , the projects were of  longer duration than the projects suggested currently.
B.    Medical colleges have said they will not eliminate the research project requirement unless they can find a way to compensate for the loss of revenue that would result from this elimination.
C.    Many prospective medical students have exposed interest in courses using patient –based learning.
D.    This public has no clear understood if what is necessary to train a medial doctor thoroughly.
E.    Research projects cannot be letimatly compared to course formats,either patient-based or otherwise.
    Ans;B, I choose E

I found that in the actual test, i just hurry to look at the passage but fail to grasp the conclusion. C:not tuition, but for eucation request. Of course , weaken is for tuiton, which is implcitly expressed in B .

Another mistake from mocking test

18. J: We must stop the overfishing of the G fishing beds off the coasts of E. Unless the overfishing is curtailed, several local species of fish may become extinct.
S: The people who live on the E coast depend on the fish for their survival . To deprive them of this source of food might seem death by starvation.
Which of the following, if true, is the best objection that could be made from J’s point of view to counter S’ s point?
A.    There are species of fish in other locations that are quite similar to the fish found in the Gfishing beds.
B.    Allowing the particular species to breed unchecked can upset the delicate balance of the ecosystem in the entire area.
C.    A steady diet of fish can raise the level of PCBs (known carcinogons ) in the body of a human of dangerous levels.
D.    In a study, it was found that the coastal E would willingly eat other foods when they were available.
E.    The vast majority of the fish now taken from the Gfishing beds is taken by commercial fishing ships that sell their catch in other countries.
Ans: E, I choose A


In the test, i think since there are various fishing beds where the fish exists, they can go to other place to fish rather than stay at G beds .So i choose A.

But after test, i found E is better since E weaken the assumption . Those fishers took fish for money, rather than for survival.

yes..the most important purpose of reading the arguement is to know the evidence, conclusion and relation between evidence and conclusion..if you know nothing about it..actually you are wasting a lot of time to read the argument passage and get nothing...
