1。题目中‘Coal output per miner in Tribnia is double what it was five years ago, even though no new mines have opened.’有让步的意思：尽管没有建新矿井，可是矿工的人均煤产量比五年前加倍了。可是这里的让步我怎么绝对那么别扭呢？！建新矿井和人均煤产量能构成让步关系吗？？

2。even though为什么不可以像if那样取反呢？从意思的角度看：尽管没有建新矿井，可是矿工的人均煤产量比五年前加倍了。那么可以得到如下结论：如果有新矿井建成，矿工的人均煤产量要比实际的增长更大。这就是答案C啊！为什么不可以这样推理呢？？
