1.in a nomocracy country(法治的国家不知道怎么表达才好），the consitution of the law is to restrict citizen's behavior,i admit that law is important to contol the country.

2.But not all the regulation is confinded in law which only be executed for the higher autority.Some unethical behaviors are deeply embeded in people's mind and needn't to be concluded in law.Thus,"So long as no laws are broken, there is nothing unethical about doing whatever you need to do to promote existing products or to create new products.”is worng.you can cite some example that some wrong-doing exits in the marketplace but those wrong-doing is not restricted in law.

3.we should develop the ethical conception and manner even thought those rules are not contained in law.....
