1As far as a company is concerned, to avoid disobeying the law and to avoid disobeying the ethics are both very important. Because both kinds of disobey will lead to loss in the long run.

2Sometimes it is possible to promote an existing product or create a new product immorally while without breaking the law. But it may harm the image of the company in the current and protential consumers.

3Moreover, act in accordance with the ethics permanently will gain the company good reputation and benefit the company in the long run.
