一道数学prep题，求数学好的同学帮帮忙~

Last month 15 homes were sold in Town X. The average (arithmetic mean) sale price of the homes was 150,000, and the median sale price was 130,000. Which of the following statement must be true?

I. At least one of the homes was sold for more than 165,000
II. At least one of the homes was sold for more than 130,000 and less than 150,000
III. At least one of the homes was sold for less than 130,000

答案是只有I 对

如果让后7个房价格总和最低，15000*15-13000*8=121000
相当于前八个房子都是13000，所以121000是7个房总价格，
7间房不可能每个都小于16500 所以1对。
121000/7 这个价格大于15000，所以2错
显然这个极端的例子中，3也是错的

哈哈~你有没有考过GMAT还是在复习当中？

一共十五个，所以按高低排序的话第八个是130，000
前七个小于等于130，000
后七个大于等于130，000
把两部分分开来看，总和是一定的
所以当前七个都等于130，000的时候后七个的和最小为1，210，000
均值约为172，857
所以一定有大于172，857的值
也可以都为此值
因此II和III不对
